My priority during this transition is to ensure continuity, clarity, and thoughtful care for each individual.

I am transitioning to an independent practice focused on structured, high-touch care in longevity medicine and complex conditions. More information on the care model and scope is available on this website. 

Appointments are currently being scheduled for June and July 2026.

This practice is best suited for individuals who:

• Are seeking deeper evaluation of ongoing or unresolved health concerns
• Prefer a structured, partnership-based approach to care
• Value longer visit times and a comprehensive, individualized model
• Are comfortable with a membership or a program-based structure

If you are looking for traditional primary care services such as acute visits, routine prescriptions, or same-day access, remaining with your current practice or an insurance based primary care office may be the most appropriate option.
